Ingredients overview
- 3 pcs of fresh bananas and 1 handful of dried banana chips
- 200 ml of whipping cream 33% fat
- 2 tablespoons of sesame tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons of polyfloral bee honey
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 8 pcs of waffle ice cream cones
- 1 handful of raw pecans
- 1 handful of dark chocolate 70% cocoa
- 1 pinch of coarse sea salt

In a dry pan, lightly bake the fresh bananas on both sides until golden (approximately 2-3 minutes), then let them cool and place them in the freezer. Once the bananas are frozen, blend them together with the whipping cream, tahini paste, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until you get a smooth cream.

Fold in the chopped pecans and crushed dark chocolate (reserve a little of both for decoration).

Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer, ideally overnight (minimum 6 hours). Serve the ice cream in cones, sprinkled with nuts, chocolate, and dried banana chips.
