Preparing the peaches

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Peel the peaches (optional), cut them in half, and place them on the tray with the cut side up.

In a small bowl, mix the ground almonds with the oat flakes, half of the honey (20 g), coconut oil, cinnamon, and baking powder. Distribute this mixture evenly over the peach halves.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can add a little almond extract to the crumble mixture.
If the peaches are very ripe, the baking time can be reduced by 5 minutes to help them keep their shape.
