Descoperă gustul autentic al unui clasic rusesc: Vită Stroganoff. Fâșii fragede de antricot de vită, gătite într-un sos cremos cu ciuperci champignon, muștar de Dijon și smântână fermentată, totul servit alături de paste tagliatelle aurii. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the beef cut into thin strips (approximately 5 cm long) and fry until nicely browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining butter and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and continue to fry until they begin to soften.
Return the meat to the pan and add the tomato paste and Dijon mustard. Mix everything well. Pour in the beef broth, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for approximately 30 minutes.
Chef's tip
For an even smoother sauce, you can pass the cream through a sieve before mixing it with the flour.
