Preparing the peaches

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Peel the peaches (optional), cut them in half, and place them on the tray with the cut side facing up.

In a small bowl, mix the ground almonds with the oat flakes, half of the honey (20 g), coconut oil, cinnamon, and baking powder. Distribute the mixture over the peach halves.
