Ingredients for Chicken Wings
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- Flour for dredging
- Vegetable oil for frying
- A little salt
- A little pepper
- 750g chicken wings
Ingredients for Teriyaki Sauce
- 200ml soy sauce
- 110g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 130g finely grated apple
Preparation
- 1Cut the chicken wings at the joint and set aside the rest.
- 2In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper, then add the prepared wings, mix, and set aside.
- 3Pour plenty of oil into a pot and heat it to 160°C.
- 4Dredge the wings in white flour and shake off any excess. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown, for about 15 minutes. Remove the fried wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain.
Teriyaki Sauce Preparation
- 1In a pan, combine soy sauce with 100 ml of water and sugar, and let it simmer until it reduces to half its original volume. Remove from heat and add the grated apple.
- 2Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and mix them with the crushed coriander in a bowl. First, coat the fried chicken wings in the Teriyaki sauce, then in the sesame seeds with coriander.
