Preparing the Marinade and Meat

Remove the leaves from the aromatic herb stems (mint, oregano, thyme) and chop them finely. Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 10 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Cut the pork into cubes of approximately 3 cm. Place them in a large bowl along with the chopped herbs, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Mix well and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Grilling and Serving

Remove the meat from the marinade and thread the cubes onto the wooden skewers. Cut the lemon in half.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can also add a crushed garlic clove to the marinade.
