O rețetă clasică și reconfortantă de cotlete de porc, gătite într-un sos cremos de smântână cu ciuperci champignon, bacon crocant și o notă fină de capere și castraveți murați. Un prânz sau o cină delicioasă, gata în mai puțin de o oră, perfectă pentru întreaga familie.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Coarsely chop the onion and thinly slice the garlic. Cut the pickled cucumbers into thin strips (julienne). Cut the bacon into cubes of approximately 0.5 cm. Cut the mushrooms into sixths and finely chop the capers.

Score the fatty edge of the chops in a few places down to the meat. Season the meat well with salt and pepper on both sides. In a hot pan with oil over high heat, sear the chops one by one until golden brown on all sides, starting with the fat side. Remove the meat to a plate and set aside.

Chef's tip

You can use canned mushrooms instead of fresh ones if you want a quicker version.

If using salt-cured capers, rinse them twice in clean water before use to remove excess salt.
