Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut the meat into 4-6 slices, lightly pound them, and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Roughly chop the onion and slice the garlic thinly. Peel the sausages and cut them into 3 mm thick slices. Cut the bacon into small cubes, and the potatoes into 0.5 cm thick slices.

Chef's tip

You can use a mixture of sweet paprika and smoked paprika for a more intense smoky flavor.
