Preparation method

Preparing the potatoes

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into rounds about 4 mm thick. Place the slices side by side on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes, until soft. Halfway through the baking time, flip the potato slices on the sheet for even browning.

When ready, transfer the potatoes to a bowl, salt them generously, and serve immediately alongside the garlic butter.
