Preparing the Parmesan crisp

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the grated Parmesan on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, forming a circle with a diameter approximately equal to that of the bun.

Bake for about 5 minutes until golden. Remove the tray and let the crisp cool completely to become crunchy.

Preparing the caramelized onion

Slice the onion into thin half-moons. In a pan, melt the butter with a little oil to prevent burning.

The ideal ratio for burger meat is 80% meat and 20% fat, to ensure a juicy and flavorful result.
