O rețetă mediteraneană savuroasă și colorată, care îmbină pieptul de pui suculent cu gustul bogat al brânzei feta și dulceața sfeclei roșii coapte. Un prânz sau o cină echilibrată, gata în mai puțin de o oră.

Preparation and Marinating

Finely chop the oregano and mix it in a bowl with the marinade ingredients (part of the olive oil, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper).

Salt the meat on all sides, mix it well with the marinade, and let it rest for 2 hours.

Vegetable Preparation and Beetroot Cooking

Cut the beetroot into 1 cm thick slices, then into 1 cm wide sticks. Cut the zucchini into sticks approximately 8 x 1 x 1 cm, and the green onion into 5 cm long pieces.

Chef's tip

For a particularly delicate taste, you can season the sauce at the end with a splash of lemon juice. As a side dish, wide noodles or homemade spätzle, which will perfectly absorb the creamy sauce, are wonderfully suitable.
