Preparation method

Cut the bun lengthwise and lightly toast it in a special dry pan (without oil) until golden.

Season the meat with salt and pepper and divide it into two. Form a patty from each half and press it lightly. Make a small indentation in the center of both patties. Place the meat in a hot pan with a drop of olive oil and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side.

From the cheese slice, cut out teeth – leave the slice whole and, on one side, gradually cut adjacent triangles to create scary teeth.
