Un preparat clasic, rapid și extrem de gustos. Păstrăvul copt cu unt și ierburi aromatice este alegerea perfectă pentru un prânz sănătos sau o cină ușoară, gata în doar 25 de minute.

  • 1 trout of about 450 g
  • 70 g of butter
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the butter into thin slices.

If necessary, cut the fish fins with kitchen scissors. Wash the trout under cold running water and dry it well with paper towels. Season it with salt and pepper on all sides, including the inside.

Place the herbs and about 20 g of butter inside the fish. Place baking paper on a baking tray, put 20 g of butter on it, and place the prepared fish on top. Put the remaining butter over the fish and place the tray in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately, pouring the melted butter in which it was baked over the fish.
