In a large bowl or jar, mix the rolled oats with the oat plant-based drink, plant-based yogurt, half of the sliced banana, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon. Mix well until combined.

Cover the bowl or close the jar and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours). During this time, the rolled oats will absorb the liquid and become creamy.

In the morning, remove the porridge from the refrigerator. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more oat drink.
Chef's tip
You can add a teaspoon of chia seeds to the evening mixture for an even thicker, pudding-like texture.
