- 50 g of salmon tartare
- 15 g of natural cream cheese
- 15 ml of soy sauce
- 1/2 pc of lime
- 2 pcs of red cherry tomatoes
- 10 g of celery

In a small bowl or using a blender, mix the natural cream cheese with soy sauce and the juice from half a lime until you get a homogeneous and smooth mixture.

Pour the obtained sauce into a deep plate. Add the celery cut into very thin slices and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Place the salmon tartare on top of the creamy base and decorate everything with grated lime zest for extra flavor and freshness.
Chef's tip
For a professional look, use a metal ring to place the salmon in the center of the plate.
Make sure the salmon is very well chilled before serving.
