
Baked Chicken with Parmesan and Mozzarella

O rețetă delicioasă și rapidă de pui în stil italian, cu sos de roșii aromat, mozzarella topită și parmezan crocant. Perfectă pentru un prânz sănătos sau o cină în familie.
Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200–210 °C and prepare an oven-safe dish (approximately 30 × 40 cm).
Wash the chicken breast, clean it, then season with salt and pepper to taste. In a pan, heat one tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the chicken breast and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side, until golden. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the second tablespoon of oil and the finely chopped onion. Sauté over medium heat for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add cane sugar, peeled tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Let everything simmer together for 3–4 minutes.
