O gustare picantă și irezistibilă, perfectă pentru petreceri sau seri de film. Ardeii jalapeno sunt umpluți cu un amestec cremos de brânză gouda și brânză topită, apoi înveliți în felii crocante de bacon afumat. Combinația de iute, cremos și crocant va fi cu siguranță vedeta mesei!

Preparation method

Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and wash them thoroughly. Be careful to wear gloves if you are sensitive to spiciness.

Finely grate the Gouda cheese and mix it with the processed cheese and finely chopped green chives. Season the mixture with freshly ground black pepper.

Fill each jalapeño half with the prepared cheese mixture. Join the halves back together (or leave them open, as preferred) and tightly wrap each jalapeño in a slice of bacon.

Chef's tip

If you want a less spicy version, make sure you have removed all the seeds and white membranes from inside the peppers.
