Preparation method

Soak the dried chickpeas in water 12 hours before preparation.

After soaking, rinse the chickpeas well and drain them.

Blend the chickpeas together with the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. Add the spices (cayenne pepper, ground coriander, cumin, red pepper) and freshly chopped coriander. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chef's tip
For extra freshness, you can also add a few slices of cucumber or tomatoes to the tortilla.
