Cut the chicken breast into cubes of approximately 3x3 cm. Cut the chorizo sausage into similar-sized pieces. Place them all in a bowl and season with sweet paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the meat evenly.

Add olive oil to the mixture and mix again. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Cooking and Serving

Thread the chicken and chorizo pieces alternately onto skewers, always finishing with a piece of meat. Preheat the grill to 230 °C.

Chef's tip

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes before use to prevent them from burning on the grill.
