Preparation method
If using fresh corn, remove the husks and silks, wash thoroughly, and pat dry with a paper towel.
Heat the grill or a pan to medium temperature and cook the corn for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly, until evenly browned. Some areas can be slightly charred for extra flavor.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Chef's tip
