Preparing the Cream Cheese
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice. Peel the garlic, crush it, and add it to the bowl. Mix the composition well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembling the Rolls
Place the 3 tortilla wraps on the work surface and spread them evenly with the previously prepared cheese mixture.
Distribute the ham slices in the center of each tortilla, covering as much surface as possible without excessive overlapping. Spread the baby spinach leaves over the ham. Leave a margin of approximately 1-2 cm on one side of each tortilla, spread only with cream cheese (without ham or spinach) to help with sealing.
Chef's tip
For a more colorful presentation, use spinach or tomato tortillas. The rolls can be prepared a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator wrapped in cling film.
