O tortilla de cartofi spaniolă autentică, bogată și sățioasă, îmbogățită cu brânză Edam topită. Un preparat clasic, perfect pentru un prânz rapid sau o cină în familie, care aduce aromele mediteraneene direct în bucătăria ta.

Peel the potatoes and onion, then slice them as thinly as possible.

Cooking the vegetables

In a large pan (approx. 25 cm diameter), heat 100 ml of sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the potato and onion slices and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low-medium and cook the potatoes with the onion, stirring constantly, for another 13-15 minutes, until each piece turns golden.

Chef's tip

For a finer texture, ensure the potato slices are cut uniformly. Serving with a fresh green salad perfectly complements this dish.
