Preparation method

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper.

Homogenize the mixture and marinate the salmon fillets with the prepared sauce. Let them marinate for 30 minutes for the flavors to penetrate well into the fish.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the salmon in a baking dish and bake for 15 - 18 minutes, until well cooked.

Chef's tip

For an even more flavorful salmon, you can add a little honey to the marinade for a sweet and spicy note.
