Ingredients
- 500 g of broccoli
- 100 g of superior white wheat flour 000
- 100 ml of whipping cream (min. 31%)
- 4 chicken eggs
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- sunflower oil for frying
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of table salt
- boiled potatoes for serving
- tartar sauce for serving
Instructions
- 1Separate the broccoli into small florets, and cut the stem into small cubes. Boil everything in salted water until tender. Drain the water well, let the broccoli cool, then finely chop it.
- 2Crush the garlic cloves. In a large bowl, mix the chopped broccoli, garlic, oregano, eggs, cream, flour, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 3Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Using a spoon, form fritters directly in the pan from the prepared mixture.
- 4Fry the fritters on both sides until golden and crispy.
- 5Serve the fritters warm with boiled potatoes and, optionally, with tartar sauce.
