O rețetă mediteraneană rapidă și plină de savoare, perfectă pentru o cină ușoară sau un aperitiv impresionant. Scoicile brici (razor clams) sunt gătite rapid la cuptor cu usturoi aromat, chilli picant și cimbru proaspăt, rezultând un preparat suculent care se potrivește de minune cu pâine cu maia prăjită.

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 220 °C, using the top-bottom heating function.

Slice the garlic and chili peppers thinly. Break the thyme into smaller sprigs.

Wash the razor clams under cold running water. Check them carefully: if any clam is open and does not close when touched, discard it. Dry the clams and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle the garlic and chili slices on top.

Chef's tip

For extra flavor, you can fry the sourdough bread slices in a little butter and garlic before serving.
