- 50 g of dark chocolate 70% cocoa
- 200 ml of whole milk 3.5% fat
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

- 1 handful of spray whipped cream
- 1 pinch of cocoa powder
- 1 handful of marshmallows

Pour the milk into a small pot or saucepan and heat it over medium heat until small bubbles start to form around the edges, but be careful not to let it boil.

While the milk is heating, cut the dark chocolate into small pieces. Once the milk is hot, add the chocolate and vanilla sugar to the pot. Stir continuously with a whisk until the chocolate is completely melted and the drink becomes smooth and creamy.

Pour the hot chocolate into a large mug. For an extra treat, add a generous layer of whipped cream on top, sprinkle with a little cocoa, and decorate with marshmallows. Serve immediately!
Chef's tip
For a more aromatic version, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or a little rum essence during boiling.
