Add 100 g of dark chocolate broken into pieces and stir continuously until completely melted. The mixture should become smooth and velvety. The remaining chocolate (10 g) is reserved for decoration in the form of hearts or shavings.

Sweeten with maple syrup. Taste and adjust the level of spiciness; the chili should be subtle, without overpowering the rich chocolate flavor. Finally, incorporate the whipping cream and mix until smooth.
