Ingredients for meat

- 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Preparation
- 1Cut the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.
- 2Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 3Divide the meat into 12 pieces and shape them into small balls.
- 4Pour plenty of oil into a pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat until browned. Place the meatballs on a plate lined with kitchen paper towels to absorb excess fat.
