Ingredients for meat

  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 3 teaspoons of curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • A little pepper
  • A little salt
  • 450g of minced meat
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 50g onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Ingredients for sauce (dip)

  • 3 tablespoons of coriander seeds
  • A little pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 150 ml

Preparation

    Cut the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Divide the meat into 12 pieces and shape them into small balls.

    Pour plenty of oil into a pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat until browned. Place the meatballs on a plate lined with kitchen paper towels to absorb excess fat.
