  • 200 g fresh broccoli
  • 250 g sweet potatoes
  • 3 pcs medium eggs
  • 100 ml cooking cream 12%
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 pinch iodized table salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

    Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil.

    Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Wash the broccoli and break it into small florets.

    Place the vegetables in the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.

    Drain the vegetables and place them in a small baking dish (approximately 20 cm x 30 cm).

    In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the cooking cream and crushed garlic. Pour this mixture over the vegetables in the dish.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes at 170–180 °C, until the mixture sets and turns lightly golden.
