  • 190 g of fermented sour cream 20% fat
  • 150 g of fresh curd cheese 5% fat
  • 1 fresh garlic clove
  • 1 bunch of fresh green chives
  • 1 pinch of fine iodized table salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

Start by preparing the fresh ingredients: peel the garlic clove and crush it with a special press or chop it very finely. Wash the bunch of green chives thoroughly, pat it dry, and finely chop it with a sharp knife or kitchen scissors.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the fresh curd cheese with the fermented sour cream until you get a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Add the crushed garlic and chopped chives, then gently incorporate them into the mixture.

Finally, season the dip with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix well and leave it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving, so that the flavors blend perfectly. Serve it with vegetable sticks or baked potatoes.

Chef's tip

For a lighter version, you can replace part of the sour cream with natural Greek yogurt. If you prefer a more intense flavor, you can also add a little grated lemon zest.
