In a large bowl, mix the spelt flour, baking powder, and half a teaspoon of salt. Add the yogurt to the dry mixture and knead until you get a homogeneous and smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts and form balls from each piece. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more flour.
Shaping and Baking the Flatbreads

Dust the work surface with a little spelt flour. Take each dough ball and roll it out with a rolling pin until you get a flatbread about 0.5 cm thick.
Chef's tip
These flatbreads pair wonderfully with a beetroot dip or any preferred spread. For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of dried herbs or your favorite spices to the dough.
