Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 230 °C and prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix and knead them gently until combined, but be careful to keep the dough slightly irregular. It is important not to over-knead the dough.

Turn the dough onto the prepared tray and form a round, slightly flattened loaf, with a diameter of approximately 15 cm and a height of about 6 cm. With a knife, make two deep cross-shaped cuts on top.
