Preparing the Chicken

Prepare the chicken wings by cutting off the wingtips and sectioning them at the joint into two smaller pieces.

In a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the prepared wings, mix well to coat them evenly, and set aside for a few minutes to marinate.
Frying and Serving

In a deep pot or Dutch oven, heat a generous layer of oil until it reaches 160 °C.
Chef's tip
For an even crispier crust, make sure the oil is very hot before adding the chicken and do not overcrowd the frying vessel.
