- 200 ml of Soy Sauce
- 130 g of Apples
- 110 g of Brown Sugar 116

In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce with 100 ml of water and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and let it reduce over medium heat until the liquid volume is reduced to approximately two-thirds of the initial amount.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool slightly. Meanwhile, finely grate the apple. Add the grated apple and finely chopped fresh coriander to the warm sauce and mix well to combine the flavors.
