O rețetă clasică și rapidă pentru un mic dejun sățios. Ouăle ochiuri cu bacon crocant sunt gata în doar 10 minute, oferindu-ți energia necesară pentru întreaga zi. Combinația perfectă între ouă proaspete, bacon rumenit și arpagic verde.

Preparation method

Crack the eggs into a small bowl to ensure the yolks remain intact.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the bacon slices in the pan, season them with black pepper and let them fry for 1 minute until they start to become crispy.

Reduce the heat to low, pour the eggs over the bacon and cook them for about 5 minutes or until the egg white is completely set, but the yolk remains soft.

Chef's tip

For extra crispy bacon, you can fry it on its own first and add the eggs only in the last few minutes.
