Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C. Prepare a baking tray (approx. 30 cm × 40 cm) and line it with baking paper.

Wash and clean the chicken breast, then cut it lengthwise into halves (thinner slices). Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides. Grate the Halloumi cheese on a small grater.

Prepare two bowls. In the first bowl, mix the grated Halloumi cheese with the sliced almonds. In the second bowl, thoroughly mix the plain yogurt, Dijon mustard, and eggs until smooth.
