Preparation method

Start by preparing the fruits: remove the peel and pit from the 8 pieces of rambutan. If you can't find fresh rambutan, you can use lychee.

Cut 100 g of fresh pineapple into cubes suitable for the blender.

Put the prepared fruits into the blender. Add 140 ml of coconut milk and 200 ml of coconut water.

Chef's tip

You can decorate the glass with a pineapple slice or a whole rambutan for a festive look.
