Preparation and Marinating

Marinate the pork tenderloin in a mixture of oyster sauce and 3 tablespoons of Char Siu sauce (or Hoisin sauce) for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
Baking

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Place the marinated meat in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

After the first 20 minutes, turn the meat over and bake for another 20 minutes until it is well cooked and caramelized.
Chef's tip
Char Siu pork slices are delicious added to a noodle soup with chicken broth and sprinkled with fresh green onions.
