O explozie de arome rustice într-un mic dejun sau o cină rapidă! Aceste bruschete combină textura crocantă a baghetei integrale cu ciupercile champignon brune sotate, nucile crocante și un ou ochi perfect, totul fiind pus în valoare de o notă subtilă de sos de soia. O rețetă sănătoasă, gata în doar 20 de minute, ideală pentru momentele când vrei ceva special, dar simplu.

Preparation method

Finely chop the shallot. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Coarsely chop the walnuts and lightly toast them in a dry pan until fragrant.

Slice the baguette diagonally, drizzle with a little olive oil, and toast them in the pan on both sides until golden and crispy.

Prepare the fried eggs in the same pan. Season them with a pinch of salt.

Chef's tip

For extra flavor, you can rub the toasted baguette slices with a halved garlic clove before adding the mushrooms.
