Preparing the Fruit Layer (Step 1)

Prepare 3 glasses or cups of approximately 250 ml. In a small bowl, mix 8 g of powdered gelatin with 50 ml of still water and let it hydrate for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the frozen berries in a small saucepan, add the remaining 15 ml of water, and simmer over low to medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until the fruit softens.

Once the fruit has softened, add the hydrated gelatin (8 g) and 40 g of honey. Mix well and simmer for another 1-2 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, distribute the mixture evenly into the glasses, and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
