Place the smoked cashews, olives, and orange marmalade in separate small bowls. These will help organize the platter and preserve distinct flavors.
Platter assembly

Place the small bowls on a large wooden platter, positioning them strategically. Arrange the prepared cheeses and cold cuts around the bowls.

For optimal taste, remove the cheeses from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
