Remove the frozen fruits (bananas and mango) from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly. This will help achieve a creamier texture.

Place the diced dragon fruit, frozen bananas, and mango pieces into a blender or food processor.

Add the coconut milk (reserving a tablespoon for garnish if desired) and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth, fine, and airy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk.

Chef's tip

For an ice cream-like texture (nice cream), ensure the fruits are completely frozen before blending.

You can add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
