Sezamo
Un desert tradițional românesc de toamnă, cremos și reconfortant. Grișul fin fiert în lapte dulce este completat spectaculos de boabe suculente de struguri caramelizate în unt, miere și scorțișoară, presărate cu miez crocant de nucă.
Preparation method
Preparing the semolina pudding
Bring the 3.5% whole milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, along with a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar. Heat over medium heat until it almost reaches boiling point.
When the milk starts to simmer gently, reduce the heat to low and add the wheat semolina in a steady stream, whisking continuously and vigorously to prevent lumps from forming.
Add the granulated white sugar and continue to cook the semolina over low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth. Remove the saucepan from the heat and divide the warm semolina among 4 dessert bowls.
Chef's tip
For lump-free semolina, pour the semolina very slowly from a height in a thin stream, whisking constantly in wide circles.
Preferably use seedless white grapes for a flawless texture in the dessert.
