Preparation method

Prepare the salted pretzels by carefully breaking them into curved pieces to make the spider legs (8 legs for each biscuit).

Carefully twist open the sandwich biscuits or, if the filling is soft, add a little extra hazelnut spread along the edge to secure the legs.

Insert 4 pretzel pieces into each side of the biscuit, pressing gently into the filling to hold them securely in place. Place the biscuit top back on.
Chef's tip
You can also use classic Oreo cookies or plain biscuits sandwiched with plenty of chocolate spread.
