Sangria este băutura perfectă pentru zilele toride de vară, aducând spiritul Spaniei direct în paharul tău. Această combinație clasică de vin roșu sec, fructe proaspete și un strop de rom este nu doar răcoritoare, ci și extrem de aromată. Secretul unei Sangria reușite stă în timpul de odihnă, care permite aromelor de fructe să se întrepătrundă perfect cu vinul. Servește-o cu multă gheață alături de prieteni!

Preparation method

  • 750 ml dry red wine
  • 300 ml orange juice
  • 300 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 200 ml dark rum
  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 1 apple (approx. 200 g)
  • 1 orange (approx. 300 g)
  • 1 lemon (approx. 150 g)
  • ice to taste

Preparation and maceration

Wash the fruit well, dry it, and leave it to cool in the refrigerator before use.

Cut the lemon and orange into thin slices and place them in a large glass pitcher. Cut the apple in half, remove the core, cut the flesh into thin slices, and add them to the pitcher. Add the cane sugar and pour in the rum. Leave the mixture to macerate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Finishing and serving

Using a wooden spoon, gently press the fruit in the pitcher to release the juices. Pour in the red wine, orange juice, and sparkling mineral water. Mix well and add plenty of ice before serving.

Chef's tip

For a more intense flavor, you can add a cinnamon stick during maceration.

If you prefer a less sweet drink, you can reduce the amount of sugar or use more mineral water.
