Preparation method
Start by bringing 700 ml of water to a boil in a large pot. When the water has reached boiling point, turn off the heat, add the 6 rosehip tea bags, the cinnamon stick, and the peeled ginger. Cover the pot with a lid and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the orange and lemon juice. Wash the apple and cut it into small cubes. Peel the orange and cut it into slices, and also cut the lemon into thin slices.
After infusing, remove the tea bags from the pot. In the warm tea, add 30 g of honey and stir until dissolved. Pour in the previously prepared orange and lemon juice and add the cut fruit.
Chef's tip
For a more intense flavor, you can leave the cinnamon sticks and ginger in the punch until serving. If you prefer a less sweet drink, you can adjust the amount of honey to taste.
