Ingredients overview
- 500 g minced beef
- 4 cloves garlic
- 250 g Pak Choi salad
- 1 small red onion
- 2 fresh orange bell peppers
- 400 g plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin fuchs
- 1 tablespoon 100% lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chives
- Freshly ground black pepper fuchs
- Fine iodized table salt
In a large bowl, mix the minced beef with 3 crushed garlic cloves, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, and finely chopped red onion. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Form the mixture into golf-ball-sized balls and flatten them slightly with your palm to create small patties.
Place the patties on the hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Quality beef can remain slightly pink inside for a juicier result. At the same time, grill the larger slices of orange bell pepper until they soften and show grill marks.
While the meat is grilling, prepare the sauce: mix the Greek yogurt with the last crushed garlic clove, lemon juice, olive oil, sage, and chopped chives. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve the grilled meat on fresh Pak Choi leaves, alongside the yogurt sauce and grilled peppers.
