Preparing the base

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat until it becomes liquid.

In another container, pour the non-alcoholic beer and heat it gently, without letting it boil.

Finishing the drink

Pour the melted butter over the warm beer. Add the whipping cream in small portions, stirring continuously until you get a creamy and homogeneous drink.

Chef's tip

For an even more intense flavor, you can add a drop of vanilla or caramel essence while heating the drink. Serve immediately, while it's hot and frothy!
