Prosecco 100 ml de Prosecco

Liqueur 20 ml de sirop de flori de soc

Sparkling mineral water 60 ml de apă minerală carbogazoasă

Lime 1 buc de limetă

Mint 3 g de mentă proaspătă

Ice (cubes) 100 g de gheață

Preparation method

Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.

Pour the Prosecco, elderflower syrup, and sparkling mineral water over the ice.

Stir gently with a long spoon to combine the flavors.

Chef's tip

For a more intense flavor, gently crush the mint leaves in your palm before adding them to the glass to release the aromatic oils. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less elderflower syrup, according to your preference.
