- 1 pc Lemon
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Iodized Table Salt
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
Remove the fish from the refrigerator one hour before cooking to allow it to reach room temperature.
Clean the sea bream and make a few shallow cuts in the skin. Peel and crush the garlic clove, then mix it with olive oil. Season the fish with salt and pepper, both inside and out. Brush the fish with the oil and garlic mixture, ensuring the garlic penetrates the cuts.
Heat the grill and place the fish on the grate. Cook for approximately 8 minutes on each side, until the skin becomes crispy and the flesh is well cooked. Serve immediately with fresh lemon slices.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense flavor, you can insert lemon slices and fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme) directly inside the fish before cooking.
